If
you have a question don't wait- ask.
Dress
Code: The work we do will involve
getting dirty. The work we do will involve using power tools, so there
are safety concerns. I strongly encourage students who like to dress up
to leave some work clothes in their locker for this class. Nice
clothes attract paint! Dress to get
dirty.
Grading: The following guidelines
will be used to determine your final grade:
No
late work will be accepted!
Quizzes- all graded on a 100
percent scale.
There will be three
quizzes given in this class. All short
answer, and there is a
special grading policy.
Projects- some projects with be
done in groups and some individually.
The grades for all projects will be
averaged for the final project grade.
When
we do projects in groups the entire group will receive the
same grade. (choose your group carefully)
Assignments- There will be short
homework assignments. All the
points for assignments will be totaled
into the final assignment grade
Participation- all students are expected to
participate in construction and
preparation work for all the OCSA productions. People that
engage in the process will learn a lot, those that hang back will not receive
full credit for participation.
Run
crew on Shows- All work on
shows will be factored into participation grades.
Work on shows is limited this year and
will be subject to availability.
